At the end of its 3rd week, SERENITY was in 8th place on the chart with a weekly total of $419,999. This was 44% off the previous week's total and brought the box office tally up to $2,725,884.
On its 4th Thursday, SERENITY took $22,265, which was 44% off the previous Thursday, giving it a current box office total of $2,748,149. At that point it was number 10 in the charts.
Over the past weekend Serenity was just out of the top 10 in 11th place was SERENITY on $161,000 (off 47% for a cume of $2,881,000), and heading for a final box office of $3 million.
In the US SERENITY finished the weekend on $1 million (off 58% for a cume of $24.2 million) and looks like having a final US tally of $26 million.
